Q: Can Simply Paper and Envelopes ship my product overnight? A: Yes, we will ship your product overnight but you will be responsible for the additional cost of shipping. Please contact us at requests@simplypaperandenvelopes.com and we will accommodate your request and give you a quote for the shipping cost. In the near future we will have other shipping options available live on the site but the flat rate shipping will only apply to UPS Ground Q: I would like to purchase 5 x 7 cards and matching envelopes. Is this something you sell on your site?
A: We do not stock this size card and envelope however; we can special order this item for you. We will need to know the quantity needed, color and then we will send you a quote for the order request. Please send the request to requests@simplypaperandenvelopes.com and we will have a response to you within 1 business day of your request. Since this is a special order we will need a 2 to 3 business day lead time on the order and when we receive the order in it's entirely we will immediately ship it to you. Q: I would like samples of one of the papers on your site; will you send samples to me? A: Yes, we would be happy to send you samples of the papers and envelopes offered on our site. Please send your request to requests@simplypaperandenvelopes.com and we will send the sample within 1 business day of receiving your request. Please be specific as to which colors and the sizes you would like. Please note that we may only send sample size swatches of the paper. If we are out of stock on a particular size of envelope we reserve the right to send you another size in the color you request. We will send you the color you request whether it is a swatch or the actual envelope.
Q. I would like to have my paper cut to a specific size will you cut my paper to a specific size for me? A. Yes, for a small cutting charge we will custom cut your order per your specifications. Please email us at requests@simplypaperandenvelopes.com with your specific request and we will give you a quote on cutting your paper to size.
