Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase (***see notes below). We refund for the merchandise purchased only but not for the cost of shipping the product to you. If your order was over $75.00 and you return the order we will charge you for our shipping cost. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned orders. When returning an item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Should Simply Paper and Envelopes send the incorrect product or the merchandise is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping as long as the entire order is sent back to us in proper packaging. ***When returning an item to Simply Paper and Envelopes the product must be shipped back to us in an equivalent box or packaging as the item was shipped to you. Should the item not be sent back in equivalent packaging and the product is damaged we will not be able to refund your purchase. You must include the reason for the return on the invoice when returning your products.
